Mayor Congratulates Inter Idiomas English Language Graduates! Some forty pupils received their diplomas in English Language for the successful completion of an English course, sponsored by the City Council and conducted by Inter Idiomas, the most well-established and prominent Language School in Almuñécar. The Mayor of Almuñécar, Juan Carlos Benavides; the councillor for Employment and Youth, Daniel Barbero; the Director of Inter, Jimmy Whale, and teacher Sarah Wilde, were all present at the award ceremony. The Mayor addressed the students, encouraging them to use their skills in the labour market: "We can only compete in the labour market by working out what we can offer at a professional level in response to current market demands in the environment in which we live."
